New BYD broke down

Our brand-new Atto 3 was picked up from the dealer because it wouldn't start this week.
It appears to be a 12v battery issue, and because Halfords does not carry the item, they will need to purchase one. The dealer said another customer had the same issue.

They might not be able to fix it for several weeks. Does anyone else have a same situation?

That sounds super frustrating! Hopefully, they get it all sorted out for you ASAP. It's wild that a brand new car would have a 12v battery issue, especially with others experiencing it too. So while you were waiting, did they hook you up with a replacement car? And was it another EV; or did they throw you something random?
