BYD app

I can't get the BYD app to work. I've tried everything, but no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, my dealership hasn't sent me the details to the app yet.

I had the same issue before. I hit up my dealer and BYD, and it turns out the QR code had expired. Make sure to double-check yours isn’t expired! If it is, the only way to add it manually is by doing a factory reset.

You can't do anything if you don't have the link from them. They have to send it via email.
