Pleasantly surprised by BYD Dolphin

We got our BYD Dolphin online coz no local dealerships had them yet. So far, super impressed! Build quality and interior design are top-notch, and it's zippy for a little car. The infotainment system is taking some getting used to - flipping between Android Auto and the BYD screens is a bit clunky. Maybe it'll become second nature soon. Anyone else out there rocking a BYD Dolphin?

It’s such a sharp little EV. About the infotainment: I felt the same way at first, but diving into the settings really helped. I customized the display layout to prioritize Android Auto, which made the switching less jarring.

Last week, I got to test drive my aunt’s BYD Dolphin, and I was super impressed! Even though it’s a compact car, the back seats felt roomy, like way more space than I expected! Definitely a cool little ride!

My wife got our BYD Dolphin, and let's just say the cupholders are a challenge. The trunk is also on the small side. The car itself is okay, but the software is a bit of a rollercoaster. They've fixed some of the craziest bugs, but it still has its moments. At least CarPlay and Android Auto work flawlessly, and the voice commands are surprisingly good.
