Hi! New to the forum so please be patient with me. Do you think the heated seats on my Atto3 is a matter of OTA update or should I call the dealer? Thanks!

From what I’ve seen, it’s probably quicker to call the dealer. OTA updates can take a while to roll out, and not every feature-related issue gets resolved through them. The dealership can at least confirm if it’s a known problem or if it needs a hardware adjustment.

You might want to try these troubleshooting steps.

Check the Fuse: The fuse for the heated seats is located in the trunk fuse box, labeled F4. While the fuse might appear fine, a bit of corrosion could be the culprit. Gently sanding the fuse can often resolve the issue.

Inspect the Seat Connector: Another potential problem area is the connector underneath the seat. It's worth checking for any loose connections or damage.

Hope it works!

Hey there! Welcome to the forum! Honestly, it kinda sounds like an OTA update issue. If it keeps acting up, hitting up the dealer might be the way to go!

Hi! Pretty sure it’s an OTA update if your Atto 3 does remote updates for features. If you’re not 100% sure, though, maybe give your dealer a quick ring to double-check. 😊
