I'm new here and have a question: Is it possible to manually engage the ICE and reduce the power output of the electric motors?

Welcome! Yes, that is possible. But it is not a good idea to reduce the electric motor’s power output completely.

I’ve looked into the YANGWANG system, and from what I understand, it prioritizes electric drive but uses the ICE as a range extender. Manual control over the ICE may be limited, but try exploring the vehicle's hybrid drive modes, some let you adjust power output or force charging modes.

@kimberlyanne Have you checked the owner’s manual? I am not sure if this is possible, you can also try contacting your dealership on this.
